These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the website at vorynintelligence.com (the "Website"), operated by RMM Industries Australia Pty Ltd (ABN 74 163 168 107), trading as Voryn Systems ("Voryn", "we", "us" or "our"). By accessing or using the Website, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Website.
The Website provides general information about Voryn Intelligence and its SaaS platform, Voryn Systems. It is intended for representatives of law enforcement, government and related organisations. The content is provided for general informational purposes only and may be updated or withdrawn at any time without notice.
Nothing on the Website constitutes an offer, recommendation, warranty or binding commitment, and it does not form part of any contract. Statements about capabilities, security alignment, certifications or future features are indicative only and may change. Any procurement, evaluation or supply of Voryn Systems will be governed solely by a separate written agreement. You should not rely on Website content as the basis for any decision without confirming it with us in writing.
Access to and use of the Voryn Systems platform is not granted by these Terms. It is provided only to authorised agencies under a separate licence or services agreement that sets out the applicable terms, including security, data-handling, support and service levels. These Website Terms do not vary or override that agreement.
All content on the Website — including text, graphics, logos, the "Voryn", "Voryn Intelligence" and "Voryn Systems" names and marks, layout and design — is owned by or licensed to Voryn and protected by intellectual property laws. You may view and print Website content for your own internal, non-commercial evaluation. You must not otherwise copy, reproduce, modify, distribute or exploit any content without our prior written consent.
You agree not to:
When you submit an enquiry or demo request, you confirm that the information you provide is accurate and that you are authorised to provide it on behalf of your organisation. Please do not submit sensitive, classified, operational or law-enforcement information through the Website. We handle the personal information you provide in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
The Website may contain links to third-party websites or resources. We provide these for convenience only and do not endorse or accept responsibility for their content, products or practices. Accessing third-party sites is at your own risk and subject to their terms.
The Website is provided "as is" and "as available". To the maximum extent permitted by law, we make no warranties or representations about the accuracy, completeness, reliability or availability of the Website or its content, and we do not warrant that it will be uninterrupted, secure or error-free.
Nothing in these Terms excludes, restricts or modifies any consumer guarantee, right or remedy under the Australian Consumer Law or other law that cannot lawfully be excluded.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Voryn will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special or consequential loss, or any loss of profits, data or goodwill, arising out of or in connection with your use of the Website. Where our liability cannot be excluded but may be limited, our liability is limited, at our option, to re-supplying the relevant information or paying the cost of having it re-supplied.
Our handling of personal information is described in our Privacy Policy, which forms part of these Terms. By using the Website, you acknowledge that you have read it.
These Terms are governed by the laws of South Australia, Australia. You and Voryn submit to the non-exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of that jurisdiction and the Commonwealth of Australia.
We may update these Terms from time to time. The current version will always be available on the Website with the "last updated" date shown above. Your continued use of the Website after changes are published constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
